Shrimp with Mango Glaze


  • 2 lbs prawns (or 1 lb if prawns are huge)
  • 2 C mango puree
  • 3″ ginger root, fresh – cut into coins
  • 2 oz honey
  • 1 C water
  • 1 C Hop Trip


Combine all ingredients to make the glaze (minus the prawns) and bring to a boil. Strain off ginger and chill completely for about 1 hour. Brush mixture onto the prawns and enjoy with a glass of Hop Trip.
