Passion Fruit Beer Slaw


  • 1    head        green cabbage, cut into thin strips
  • 1    head        red cabbage, cut into thin strips
  • 2    each        carrots, shredded
  • ¼   C             passion fruit puree
  • 1     Tbs        fresh lime juice
  • 1    C             mayonnaise
  • ¼   C             Foray IPA
  • 1    tsp           celery salt
  • 1    tsp           salt
  • 1    tsp           pepper


¼ and core washed cabbage heads and cut into thin strips

Wash and peel carrots and shred

Mix together puree, lime juice, mayo, beer, salts and pepper with a whisk

Add dressing to cabbage and carrots and season with salts and pepper

Serve as a delicious side or appetizer with a glass of Foray IPA
