Black Butte Porter Bloody Mary


  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pint glass (at least 16 ounces)
  • Old Bay spice (for glass rim)
  • 4 ounce organic tomato juice
  • 1 ounce Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1 ounce BlancoTequila (can be substituted for white rum or vodka)
  • 4 ounces Black Butte Porter
  • Garnish: beef stick, any pickled veggies you desire
  • Straw



Wet the rim of the glass using lemon juice and then rim evenly with Old Bay spice. Add tomato juice, Bloody Mary Mix, and Tequila (we used Blanco to give it an earthy flavor) to the glass. Then add pieces of ice slowly and pour over Black Butte Porter. Stir slightly with straw and then add your garnish. Sip with straw and serve with bottle of remaining porter to pour over as needed.
