Beer Pancakes


  • 2 C pancake mix
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbs butter, melted
  • 1/2 C Hopzeit Autumn IPA


In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients with a whisk. Do not over mix as the batter should be a bit lumpy. Add additional beer if you want your pancakes a bit thinner. Use about 3-4 Tbs of batter for each pancake. Cook on buttered/greased pan until golden brown. Makes about 12 pancakes. Top with butter, syrup and your favorite fruits and serve with a pint of Chainbreaker White IPA! Beer for breakfast is always a hit!
