BBQ Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 tsp salt, kosher
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz Hopzeit Autumn IPA
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary

Mix all ingredients together in a ziploc bag and marinate pork loin for 1-2 hours minimum. Turn BBQ grill to med-high. Remove pork from marinade & rub with additional sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Place on BBQ and rotate a few times  to make sure all sides are cooked. Cook for about 20-30 minutes or until meat thermometer says 160 degrees, or 175 degrees if you want it well done. Cut to be sure it is not too pink in the center. Serve with a pint of Hopzeit Autumn IPA and some veggies. Cheers!
