Yep, you’ve read that right. May is National Burger Month!
To celebrate, our chef team is cooking up a delicious menu of speciality burgers for this very very important month-long holiday. Several special burgers to choose from, including Meatless Monday options!
Each week we will also be featuring a Reserve Series bottle that would pair *just swimmingly* with these scrumptious burgers.
May 1st–May 5th
Surf & Turf Burger: Half-pound steak patty, butter-poached Dungeness crab, The Abyss Hollandaise, with truffle fries suggested pairing: The Abyss
May 6th – Meatless Monday
Lentil & Cauliflower Burger: Red onion, cucumbers, focaccia, with Greek salad suggested pairing: Cultivateur Provision Saison
Dry-Aged Burger: Caramelized shallots, Gruyere cheese, frisee, sherry vinaigrette, black pepper bacon, with fines herbes frites suggested pairing: Black Butte Cubed
May 13th – Meatless Monday
Beet & Walnut Burger: Portland Creamery goat cheese, mixed greens, heirloom tomato, with sweet potato fries suggested pairing: Rum Wowzenbock
Cubano Burger: Half-pound steak patty, Gruyere cheese, pulled pork, mustard, ham, pickles, with mojo fries suggested pairing: The Dissident
May 20th – Meatless Monday
Chickpea Sliders: Spicy red curry and mango aioli, mint and coconut chutney, eggplant, with curry fries suggested pairing: Cultivateur Provision Saison

Bison Burger: Third-pound Crooked River Ranch bison patty, Cultural Diversity-strawberry habanero jam, Portland Creamery goat cheese, candied bacon, frisee, with green bean fries suggested pairing: Cultural Diversity Sour Ale
