Love Food? Love beer? Join Deschutes Brewery on Tuesday, December 11th for several courses of each. Learn all about the beers you love (and a few new ones) and the food we are inspired to create to pair with them!
Chef Jill Ramseier, with her team, and our Assistant Brewmaster, Jake Harper, will share food and beer stories that celebrate this wonderful PNW we call home.
Details: This last Chef Dinner of 2018 features 6 courses inspired by The Abyss!
Every attendee will be delighted with their very own vertical Abyss flight, including 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, and 2013. A few lighter beers will be poured throughout the dinner, as well as some samples of rare barrel-aged Abyss no longer available for purchase.
Ugly Christmas sweaters and Christmas story impersonations encouraged!

“An Abyss-mas Story” Dinner Menu:
- Cheese and dried fruit plate
- Abyss-steamed Manilla clams
- Roasted root vegetable salad
- Abyss sausage-stuffed quail
- Abyss-braised short ribs
- Dark chocolate truffle fritter

Cancellation Policy – In-house credit only (for future Chef Dinner or gift card), up to 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours notice will result in NO refund.
