Love Food?  Love beer?  Join Deschutes Brewery on Tuesday, February 12th for several courses of each.  Learn all about the beers you love (and a few new ones) and the food we are inspired to create to pair with them!

Chef Jill Ramseier, with her team, and our Assistant Brewmaster, Jake Harper, will share food and beer stories that celebrate this wonderful PNW we call home.

“Aphrodisiacs & Ales” Dinner Menu:

1- Oysters on the half shell, mignonette, trout roe

2- Potato roses, beet gazpacho, pumpkin seed, grated almond

3- Citrus salad, shaved fennel, fig, celery leaf

4- Raviolo al Uovo, shaved truffle, guanciale, cured egg yolk

5- Sous vide duck breast, kumquats, apple, cinnamon

6- Le Rocher, fatalii ice cream, dark chocolate soil, micro flowers

Courses paired with our favorite ales and reserve series beers!

Cancellation Policy – In-house credit only (for future Chef Dinner or gift card), up to 24 hours in advance.  Less than 24 hours notice will result in NO refund.
