Ready To Pick IPA, Gluten Reduced
Made with the usual gluten containing ingredients (i.e. malted barley), we then added an enzyme that reduces the gluten levels below 20ppm (19.3 in this case!). We feel that this in no way affects the tasted or aroma of the beer. The result is an IPA with big notes of citrus and stone fruit. A light caramel malt body supports a moderate bitterness.
