Shrimp with Mango Glaze
- 2 lbs prawns (or 1 lb if prawns are huge)
- 2 C mango puree
- 3″ ginger root, fresh – cut into coins
- 2 oz honey
- 1 C water
- 1 C Hop Trip
Combine all ingredients to make the glaze (minus the prawns) and bring to a boil. Strain off ginger and chill completely for about 1 hour. Brush mixture onto the prawns and enjoy with a glass of Hop Trip.
