Hop Trip Shrimp with Mango Glaze
2 lbs prawns (or 1 lb if prawns are huge)
2 C mango puree
3" ginger root, fresh - cut into coins
2 oz honey
1 C water
1 C Hop Trip
Combine all ingredients to make the glaze (minus the prawns) and bring to a boil. Strain off ginger and chill completely for about 1 hour. Brush mixture onto the prawns and enjoy with a glass of Hop Trip.
