Cascade Ale Steamed Manila Clams

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Manila Clams
6 oz Cascade Ale
1/2 C tomatoes, diced
1/2 C green onions, diced
1 Tbs fresh garlic
1 Tbs olive oil
Pinch of Kosher salt
Pinch of black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Over high heat, saute garlic, tomatoes and onions in olive oil for one minute. Add beer, salt, pepper and clams. Continue to saute for until clams have opened completely (about 5 minutes).

Serves 3-4
