Buffalo Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs ground buffalo
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 C ketchup
  • 1/3 yellow onion (finely diced)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1/2 C milk
  • Pinch of Kosher salt
  • Pinch of white pepper
  • 2 oz Cinder Cone Red

DIRECTIONS

Soak the bread in the milk until saturated. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form into a tight loaf. Wrap with parchment paper and bake in 400 degree oven for about 30- 40 minutes.

Serve with a pint of Cinder Cone Red
