Black Butte Porter Spice Cake

Ingredients
3 C all-purpose flour
2 ½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 C sugar
1 C vegetable oil
1 C molasses
1 C Black Butte Porter
Directions
Butter and flour a 9x9-inch cake pan. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine liquid ingredients. Slowly add liquid to dry ingredients mixing well and pour into prepared pan.
Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 - 50 minutes. Check center of cake with a toothpick ~ It should come out clean. Serve with vanilla ice cream and Black Butte Porter, of course!
