BBQ Prawns with Lime Hop Marinade

1 qt cold water
2 limes for zest
3 Tbs fresh or dry hop buds, rough chop
1 oz kosher salt
1 Tbs black pepper
2 lbs large prawns, peeled and devained


Combine all ingredients and pour over raw prawns in a large sealed bag or container. Refrigerate and marinate overnight. Grill prawns on the BBQ until they are nice and pink.
