Gluten-Friendly Menu

Along with our gluten friendly beer, we have a number of items that are prepared without gluten-containing grains such as wheat and barley. While we do our best to keep gluten-free items out of contact with gluten containing items, we have a working brewery and bakery on site using flour and barley malt and we cannot guarantee that items are completely gluten free.

Please advise your server that you would like the gluten friendly version of your menu selection.

Curry Chicken Salad

Natural chicken breast, Madras curry mayo, red grapes, pistachios, roasted fennel on leaf lettuce with white balsamic vinaigrette $11

Grilled Cheese

Briar Rose Creamery goat cheese, cream cheese, gruyere, and cheddar on our GF bread, grilled with a parmesan garlic butter and served with a tomato fennel marmalade. Choice of side. $9

Brewery Burger

Seared Coleman Ranch beef, mayonnaise, Tillamook cheddar, butter leaf lettuce, hot house tomatoes, shaved red onion and brewery made pickles. Choice of side. $12

Olive oil poached local albacore tossed with a caper-red onion aioli, hot house tomatoes and Tillamook cheddar, white balsamic dressed field greens open faced on gluten free bread. Choice of side. $13

Petite Flat Iron Steak

Grilled 6 oz Cascade Natural beef topped with a Rogue River Blue cheese butter and served with white balsamic vinaigrette dressed arugula, red onion and cherry tomatoes $17

Dry Aged Strip Loin

Grilled Carlton Farms 12 oz steak, smashed red potatoes with hops, bacon and white cheddar, locally grown vegetables. $27
