Along with our gluten friendly beer, we have a number of items that are prepared without gluten-containing grains such as wheat and barley. While we do our best to keep gluten-free items out of contact with gluten containing items, we have a working brewery and bakery on site using flour and barley malt and we cannot guarantee that items are completely gluten free.
Please advise your server that you would like the gluten friendly version of your menu selection.

Locally raised Borlen Beef, romaine lettuce, and sliced tomatoes on a house-made gluten free bun. $11
Pulled Pork Sandwich
Rootbeer and chile-braised Carlton Farms pulled pork with a tangy, smoky bbq sauce and creamy cole slaw on a house-made gluten free bun. $12
BBQ Chicken and Bacon Sandwich
Tangy, smoky bbq sauce, bacon chutney, jalapeño jack cheese, pickled red onion and brown sugar chipotle aioli on a house-made gluten free bun. $13
Oregon Valley Natural flank steak rubbed with paprika, peppercorns, garlic, and a touch of brown sugar, served with hand cut Chimichurri sauce, truffled fries and fresh vegetables. $18
Fresh Washington state Manila clams steamed with wine and seasoned with garlic, lemon zest, and grilled tomatoes. Finished with fennel butter, parsley, and gluten free bun on the side. $13
