As in the creation of our beers, the menu at the Deschutes Brewery Pubs reflects the constant exploration and discovery of new ways of doing things. We focus on natural, sustainable fare that is locally sourced and house-made. Our seasonal produce, fish and meats ensure the best possible flavors and experience to our guests. With that in mind, various items on our menu could change from day to day, but we assure you that we’ll always offer you the best possible food experience.

Starters

One dozen fresh, all natural 1st and 2nd joint wings are smothered in Louisiana hot sauce with house-made bleu cheese dipping sauce. $11

THAI WINGS OF FIRE

One dozen fresh, all natural 1st and 2nd joint wings are smothered in a spicy Thai peanut sauce paired with a Vietnamese dipping sauce. $11

HONEY SIRACHA WINGS

Sweet meets heat with a cilantro-lime dipping sauce and cumber salad. $11

HOUSE CUT PUB FRIES

Kennebec tossed in sea salt and black pepper or Cajun spices, with red pepper fry sauce. $6

EXTRA SPECIAL FRIES

We start with hand-cut Kennebec pub fries and our chefs create delicious new specials new specials each week. Please ask your server for this week's creation. $8

BREWERY PRETZEL

Creamy Tillamook white cheddar cheese dip and Black Butte Porter stone-ground mustard. $7 Why not add a Knackwurst or Boar sausage? $3

SAUSAGE AND CHEESE PLATTER

House-made sausages with artisan cheeses, Black Butte Porter stone-ground mustard, spicy pickled vegetables, seasonal chutney and a crostini. $12

BOND STREET CHICKPEA SALAD

Organic Chickpeas, lemon, parsley, celery, garlic, red onion served with warm pretzel crostini, feta cheese, and country olives. $8

JALAPEÑO CHEESE DIP

Specialty cheeses, roasted jalapeños, poblano peppers, onions, spinach and Mirror Pond Pale Ale. Served with tortilla chips. $8

BREWMASTER SALAD

Applewood smoked bacon lardons, spinach, apples, picled red onions, candied malts, and Tumalo Farms pondhopper goat cheese all tossed with our Fresh Squeezed vinaigrette.$11

INVERTED CAESAR

Chopped Romaine hearts, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and focaccia croutons tossed with Inversion IPA parmesan dressing. $6/$10

MOROCCAN STEAK SALAD

Romaine lettuce, grilled flat iron steak, cucumbers, carrots, pickled red onions, feta cheese, flatbread croutons all tossed with our house-made tahini dressed. $12

HOUSE SALAD

Baby mixed greens, cucumbers, pickled red onions, carrots and candied barley malts. $5/$10

Fresh King salmon ($5) or grilled chicken breast ($4) can be added to any of our wonderful salads.

Burgers

Borlen Cattle Company provides us with beef that is naturally raised, grass fed and finished with spent grain from our brewery. The ranch is located only nineteen miles away in Alfalfa.

All burgers and sandwiches are served on house baked bread and arrive with your choice of house-cut pub fries, sweet potato chips, side salad or a cup of soup.

Six ounces of locally grown beef, Tillamook cheddar cheese, green leaf lettuce, beefsteak tomato, red onion, sweet pickles and mayonnaise on a house-baked potato bun. $11.5

BLEU BELLY BURGER*

Beer-braised Carlton Farms pork belly and Rogue Creamery smokey bleu cheese crumbles elevate our classic pub burger to awesomeness. $13

MUSHROOM QUINOA BURGER

Our house-made vegetable and cashew burger with brown sugar chipotle mayo, fresh avocado, leaf lettuce, tomato and red onion on a whole wheat bun. 11 contains nuts. $11

ELK BURGER*

Rich and lean Rocky Mountain elk, Gruyère cheese, roasted shallots dressed with green leaf lettuce, beefsteak tomato, onion and mayonnaise on a whole wheat bun. $13.5

Roasted red bell peppers, portobello mushrooms, garlic, fresh spinach, mozzarella and feta chesses with our pale ale wort tomato sauce. $12

MEAT HEAD

House-made Italian sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, Carlton Farms pork belly, caramelized red onion, mozzarella cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano and house made tomato sauce. $14

THE HAWAIIAN

House-cured Canadian bacon, candied Macadamia nuts, fresh pineapple, mozzarella cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano and pale ale wort tomato sauce. $12

Sandwiches

All sandwiches are served on bread from our bakery and arrive with your choice of house-cut pub fries, sweet potato chips, side salad, or a cup of soup.

ITALIAN BEEF DIP

Slow roasted, herb rubbed all natural tri tip roast beef on a house made Italian roll with spicy pickled vegetables and beef jus for dipping. $11

BBQ CHICKEN AND BACON SANDWICH

Tangy, smoky BBQ sauce, bacon chutney, jalapeño jack cheese, red onions and brown sugar chipotle mayo on a potato bun. $13

PULLED PORK SANDWICH

Rootbeer and chile-braised Carlton Farms pulled pork with a tangy, smoky BBQ sauce and creamy cole slaw on a potato bun. $10

TURKEY TORTA

Pan-roasted turkey breast, lime sour cream, avocado, pickled red onions, cilantro, jalapeno and feta cheese, served warm on a bakery fresh roll. $9.5

House smoked pastrami piled high and served hot on our baked rye bread with apple onion sauerkraut, Gruyère cheese and 100 island dressing. $12.5

Fresh Washington state Manila clams steamed in Deschutes River Ale , and seasoned with garlic, lemon zest and grilled tomatoes. Finished with fennel butter, parsley and rosemary crostini. $14

CHICKEN BIG MAMOU

Tender chicken breast seasoned with Cajun spices, sautéed in butter with green onions, roasted tomato and garlic in a spicy tomato sauce. Tossed with fresh pappardelle pasta. $12

NW FISH & CHIPS

Fresh Pacific coast cod dipped in our Mirror Pond Pale Ale batter and rolled in Japanese bread crumbs. Served with house-cut pub fries, caper tartar sauce and creamy coleslaw. $15.5

BOAR MEATLOAF

Served open-faced on toasted potato bread with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, Applewood smoked bacon collard greens and topped with Obsidian Stout onion gravy. $13.5

MIRROR POND MAC & CHEESE

Rich and creamy with spinach, roasted shallots, Tillamook Cheddar cheese, fresh rigatoni pasta, baked with bread crumbs and more cheddar cheese, served with a side salad. $12

A mix of Oregon berries topped with a light sweet biscuit and served warm with Eberhard's vanilla bean ice cream. $5.5

FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

Double chocolate brownie served warm with Eberhard's vanilla ice cream, chocolate and salted caramel sauce. $5.5

DEATH BY CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM SANDWICH

Decadent black chocolate ice cream, smothered in smooth chocolate sauce and sprinkled with mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. $4

PEANUT BUTTER PIE

Creamy peanut butter filling topped with a thick chocolate ganache in a malted Oreo crust. Drizzled with home-made pale ale caramel. $6
