As in the creation of our beers, the menu at the Deschutes Brewery Pubs reflects the constant exploration and discovery of new ways of doing things. We focus on natural, sustainable fare that is locally sourced and house-made. Our seasonal produce, fish and meats ensure the best possible flavors and experience to our guests. With that in mind, various items on our menu could change from day to day, but we assure you that we’ll always offer you the best possible food experience.

Starters

One dozen fresh, all natural 1st and 2nd joint wings are smothered in a spicy Thai peanut sauce paired with a Vietnamese dipping sauce and served with carrots and celery. $10

BARBECUE WINGS

One dozen fresh, all natural 1st and 2nd joint wings are smothered in a tangy barbecue sauce paired with an herbal ranch dipping sauce and served with carrots and celery. $10

HOUSE CUT PUB FRIES

Your choice of Kennebec or Sweet Potatoes tossed in sea salt and black pepper or cajun spices, with red pepper fry sauce. $6.5

House-made sausages with artisan cheeses, Black Butte Porter stone-ground mustard, spicy pickled vegetables, seasonal chutney and a house-made pretzel. $12

HOP HUMMUS

Chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic with a kiss of hops. Served with freshly baked flatbread, crisp vegetables, and feta tapped with Za'atar seasoning. $8

JALAPEÑO CHEESE DIP

Specialty cheeses, roasted jalapeños, poblano peppers, onions, spinach and Mirror Pond Pale Ale. Served with tortilla chips. $8

BREWHOUSE SALAD

Applewood smoked bacon lardons, spinach, apples, red onions, candied malts, and Tumalo Farms Pondhopper goat cheese all tossed with our Fresh Squeezed vinaigratte. $12

INVERTED CAESAR

Chopped Romaine hearts, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and focaccia croutons tossed with Inversion IPA parmesan dressing. $6/$10

MOROCCAN STEAK SALAD

Romaine lettuce, grilled flat iron steak, cucumbers, carrots, red onions, feta cheese, flatbread croutons all tossed with our house-made tahini dressing. $14

HOUSE SALAD

Baby mixed greens, cucumbers, shaved red onions, carrots and candied barley malts. $5/$10

Fresh King salmon ($5) or grilled chicken breast ($4) can be added to any of our wonderful salads.

BLEU APPLE PIZZA

Fresh apple slices, Gorgonzola cheese, crushed hazelnuts, rosemary, mozzarella, balsamic syrup and peppery Arugula on an olive oil base. $13

Roasted red bell peppers, portobello mushrooms, garlic, fresh spinach, mozzarella and feta cheeses with our pale ale wort tomato sauce. $12

MEAT HEAD

House-made Italian sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, fresh red onion, mozzarella cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano and pale ale wort tomato sauce. $14

THE HAWAIIAN

House-cured Canadian bacon, candied Macadamia nuts, fresh pineapple, mozzarella cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano and pale ale wort tomato sauce. $12

BREWERY STEAMERS

Fresh Washington state Manila clams steamed in Deschutes River Ale, and seasoned with garlic, lemon zest and grilled tomatoes. Finished with fennel butter, parsley and crostini. $14

DRY AGED RIBEYE STEAK

Oregon Valley Natural Ribeye roasts are dry-aged in our kitchen for up to 25 days resulting in a rich, concentrated flavor profile. Grilled to order, served with fingerling potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables. $27 LIMITED DAILY SUPPLY

SMOKED BABY BACK RIBS

Carlton Farms ribs smothered in our tangy, smoky BBQ sauce. Served with house-cut pub fries & creamy cole slaw. Half Rack $17

CHICKEN BIG MAMOU

Tender chicken breast seasoned with Cajun spices, sautéed in butter with green onions, roasted tomato and garlic in a spicy tomato sauce. Tossed with fresh pappardelle pasta. $12

NW FISH & CHIPS

Fresh Pacific coast cod dipped in our Mirror Pond Pale Ale batter and rolled in panko. Served with house-cut pub fries, caper tartar sauce and creamy coleslaw. $15.5

BOAR MEATLOAF

Served open-faced on toasted potato bread with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and applewood smoked bacon collard greens topped with Obsidian Stout onion gravy. $13.5

MIRROR POND MAC & CHEESE

Rich and creamy with spinach, roasted shallots, house-cured tasso ham, Tillamook Cheddar cheese, baked with bread crumbs and more cheddar cheese, served with a side salad. $13

CIOPINNO

Prawns, clams, salmon, and cod in a rich tomato broth with bell peppers and onions served with grilled sourdough bread. $16

Burgers

Borlen Cattle Company provides us with beef that is naturally raised, grass fed and finished with spent grain from our brewery. The ranch is located only nineteen miles away in Alfalfa.

All burgers and sandwiches are served on house baked bread and arrive with your choice of house-cut pub fries, sweet potato fries, chips, side salad or a cup of soup.

PUB BURGER*

Six ounces of locally grown beef, Tillamook cheddar cheese, green leaf lettuce, beefsteak tomato, red onion, sweet pickles and mayonnaise on a house-baked potato bun. $11.5

Bacon Bleu Burger*

Our house-made black bean and spent grain patty served on a whole wheat bun with sliced avocado, green leaf lettuce, beefsteak tomato and brown sugar chipotle aioli. $11

NEW ORLEANS TURKEY GRINDER

Thin-sliced turkey and finnochiona salami, hazelnut gremolata, olive salad, provolone cheese and caper aioli served warm on a freshly baked roll. $10

REUBEN

House smoked pastrami piled high and served hot on our house baked rye bread with apple onion sauerkraut, Gruyère cheese and 100 Island dressing. $12.5

A mix of Oregon berries topped with a light sweet biscuit and served warm with Eberhard's vanilla bean ice cream. $5.50
