As in the creation of our beers, the menu at the Deschutes Brewery Pubs reflects the constant exploration and discovery of new ways of doing things. We focus on natural, sustainable fare that is locally sourced and house-made. Our seasonal produce, fish and meats ensure the best possible flavors and experience to our guests. With that in mind, various items on our menu could change from day to day, but we assure you that we’ll always offer you the best possible food experience.

One dozen fresh, all natural 1st and 2nd joint wings are smothered in Louisiana hot sauce with bleu cheese dipping sauce and served with carrots and celery. $11

Sweet meets heat with a cilantro-lime dipping sauce and cucumber salad. $11

Your choice of Kennebec Potatoes tossed in sea salt and black pepper or cajun spices, with red pepper fry sauce. $6.5

Creamy Tillamook white cheddar cheese dip and Black Butte Porter stone-ground mustard. $7 Why not add a Knackwurst or Boar sausage? $3

House-made sausages with artisan crackers and cheeses, Black Butte Porter house made mustard, spicy pickled vegetables, seasonal fruit preserves. $12

Heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella with basil leaves extra virgin olive oil, & Jacobsen’s sea salt. $8

JALAPEÑO CHEESE DIP

Specialty cheeses, roasted jalapeños, poblano peppers, onions, spinach and Mirror Pond Pale Ale. Served with tortilla chips. $8

BREWERY STEAMERS

Fresh Washington state Manila clams steamed in Deschutes River Ale, and seasoned with garlic, lemon zest and grilled tomatoes. Finished with fennel butter, parsley and crostini. $14

BREWMASTER SALAD

Tender Kale with Quinoa, feta cheese, pickled onions, fresh seasonal berries, candied hazelnuts, tossed with a White Balsamic and Tarragon vinaigrette. $11

INVERTED CAESAR

Chopped Romaine hearts, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and focaccia croutons tossed with Inversion IPA parmesan dressing. $6/$10

MOROCCAN STEAK SALAD

Romaine lettuce, grilled flat iron steak, cucumbers, carrots, pickled red onions, feta cheese, flatbread croutons all tossed with our house-made tahini dressing. $12

Fresh King salmon ($5) or grilled chicken breast ($4) can be added to any of our salads.

DRY AGED RIBEYE STEAK

Oregon Valley Natural Ribeye roasts are dry-aged in our kitchen for up to 25 days resulting in a rich, concentrated flavor profile. Grilled to order, served with fingerling potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables. $24 LIMITED DAILY SUPPLY

BRAISED BEEF RIB

Choice Beef Rib, mesquite smoked and Black Butte Porter braised, doused in house barbecue sauce, served with grilled corn and chile-seasoned fries. $15

NW FISH & CHIPS

Fresh Pacific coast cod dipped in our Mirror Pond Pale Ale batter and rolled in panko. Served with house-cut pub fries, caper tartar sauce and creamy coleslaw. $15.5

Creamy TRUFFLE Mac and Cheese

Rich and creamy Fontina Cheese sauce seasoned with white truffle oil, tossed with Deschutes Pasta Co. Rigatoni, roasted mushrooms and spinach, topped with bread crumbs and Fontina cheese. Served with a side salad. $12

Burgers

Borlen Cattle Company provides us with beef that is naturally raised, grass fed and finished with spent grain from our brewery. The ranch is located only nineteen miles away in Alfalfa.

All burgers and sandwiches are served on house baked bread and arrive with your choice of house-cut pub fries, sweet potato chips, side salad or a cup of soup.

Six ounces of locally grown beef, Tillamook cheddar cheese, green leaf lettuce, beefsteak tomato, red onion, sweet pickles and mayonnaise on a house-baked potato bun. $11.5

Beer-braised Carlton Farms pork belly and Rogue Creamery smokey bleu cheese crumbles elevates our classic pub burger to awesomeness. $13.5

MUSHROOM QUINOA BURGER

Our house-made vegetable and cashew burger with brown sugar chipotle mayo, fresh avocado, leaf lettuce, tomato and red onion on a whole wheat bun. Contains nuts. $11

ELK BURGER*

Rich and lean Rocky Mountain elk, Gruyère cheese, roasted shallots dressed with green leaf lettuce, beefsteak tomato, onion and mayonnaise on a whole wheat bun. $13.5

Slow roasted, herb rubbed all natural tri-tip roast beef on a house-made Italian roll with spicy pickled vegetables and beef jus for dipping. $11.5

Barbecue sauce, bacon chutney, pepper jack cheese, shaved red onions and chipotle aioli on a potato bun. $13

SMOKED PORK SANDWICH

Pork shoulder is dry-rubbed and smoked over applewood chips, braised in Bachelor Bitter, seasoned with honey and chili flakes. Topped with malted cole slaw and giardiniera on a brioche bun> $12.5

TURKEY TORTA

Pan-roasted turkey breast, lime sour cream, avocado, pickled red onions, cilantro, jalapeno and feta cheese served warm on a freshly baked roll. $10.5

REUBEN

House smoked pastrami piled high and served hot on our house baked rye bread with apple onion sauerkraut, Gruyère cheese and 100 Island dressing. $12

A mix of Oregon berries topped with a light sweet biscuit and served warm with Eberhard's vanilla bean ice cream. $5.50

CRISPY BUTTERSCOTCH ICE CREAM SANDWICH

Goody's vanilla bean ice cream and semi-sweet chocolate in between two layers of crunchy butterscotch, peanut butter rice crispy cookies with creamy butterscotch and chocolate sauce. $5

PEANUT BUTTER PIE

Creamy peanut butter filling topped with a thick chocolate ganache in a malted Oreo crust. Drizzled with home-made pale ale caramel. $6
