As in the creation of our beers, the menu at the Deschutes Brewery Pubs reflects the constant exploration and discovery of new ways of doing things. We focus on natural, sustainable fare that is locally sourced. Our seasonal produce, fish and meats ensure the best possible flavors and experience to our guests. Our ground beef is naturally raised by Borlen Cattle Company in Alfalfa (19 miles away) and finished with spent grain from our brewery.
