Our Bend Pub is hiring for a Supervisor for our Host/Front Door area—our title; Supervisor of First Impressions! This position is responsible for the day to day operations of our Host welcoming team as well as the daily operations flow of our restaurant, ordering and stocking of retail products, completion of side work projects, dock sales, and front desk organization. REQUIRED: The ability to stay positive and focused while the Pub is screaming busy, be enthusiastic about great customer service, a minimum of 2 years experience in a busy front of house restaurant environment, ability to multi task and prioritize, experience leading/training others. $14/hr plus pooled tips and a great benefit package.

Our Maintenance department is hiring two LME Maintenance Techs--one for swingshift and one for graveyard. The primary responsibilities will be maintaining production packaging and brewing equipment with work on energy sources, minor emergency fabrication and maintenance electrical. Both shifts will include weekend work with mid week days off. REQUIREMENTS: LME license, a minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, PLC programming experience, light fabrication and well rounded mechanical skills. You must have a positive attitude and the ability to work unsupervised, good communication skills and knowledge of industry safe work practices. This position requires routine lifting up to 50 pounds. $21/hour
Sales Zone Manager for our Great Lakes region:
This position will be accountable for all planning and managing of the Sales Team efforts for IL, MI, OH, KY, PA, DC and VA. Responsibilities will focus on brand building, customer relations and delivering sales through building/maintaining a great team, effective management of partners in key accounts and distributor networks and achieving profit goals. REQUIRED: A minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position in adult beverage sales with multi state responsibility, preferably in craft beer sales; fiscal/budgetary responsibilities with final approval level of accountability; strong knowledge of IDig, IRI, VIP and Nielsen; solid written and verbal communication skills; willingness to travel and a clean driving record. Account Sales Specialist, East Bay:
This position will be responsible for Deschutes Brewery sales efforts in Richmond/Oakland, San Jose, Santa Cruz and Monterey. The ideal candidate will have great beer knowledge, exceptional communication skills, great attitude and a solid level of experience either in adult beverage sales, F&B leadership and/or event management. Our Account Sales Specialists promote Deschutes Brewery products approximately 80% of the time with on premise accounts and events and the remaining of time with off premise accounts and distributor management. The overall focus will be building strong relationships with key accounts through account visits; day, night and weekend promotions; educational programs and events. REQUIRED experience/skills: four year college degree or comparable work experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, strong self/time management skills, knowledge of legal issues related to alcohol sales, PC proficiency, solid written and verbal communication skills and a passion for the craft beer industry and Deschutes Brewery products. MUST reside within the territory and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Shipping Dock Clerk:
Graveyard hours, 10pm to 6am. This position will be responsible for staging pallets of beer and loading and unloading semi trucks, will occasionally deliver product to our Pub in Bend and complete/organize paperwork. REQUIRED: Competent, safe fork lift operations; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.; clean driving record; ability to stoop, climb and bend. $12.50/hr with the ability to move to $15/hr after training plus $2.25 shift differential when working graveyard.
