This position oversees all aspects of the dining room and bar and will be leading and coaching the awesome folks that are our front of house crew. We are seeking a leadership style that provides an environment where productivity, accountability and motivation are top priorities. Responsibilities include maintaining a profit center, ensuring quality service and product, training and hands on floor management. Flexibility in scheduling will be a must. REQUIREMENTS: A minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management in a high volume/high quality establishment, exp. with financial/P&L management, leadership style that supports a team environment, proven ability to show patience with stressful situations and a strong customer service orientation. Robust craft beer knowledge will be a strong preference. Salary DOE.

Our Maintenance department is hiring two LME Maintenance Techs--one for swingshift and one for graveyard. The primary responsibilities will be maintaining production packaging and brewing equipment with work on energy sources, minor emergency fabrication and maintenance electrical. Both shifts will include weekend work with mid week days off. REQUIREMENTS: LME license, a minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, PLC programming experience, light fabrication and well rounded mechanical skills. You must have a positive attitude and the ability to work unsupervised, good communication skills and knowledge of industry safe work practices. This position requires routine lifting up to 50 pounds. $21/hour
