Floor Manager:
This position will oversee all aspects of the FOH Portland Pub operations to include hiring, training, coaching and disciplinary actions. The focus will be service standards that contribute to providing extraordinary experiences. This person will be an integral part of a leadership team that is tasked to bring timeliness and quality initiatives in our food service and bring an inspired, innovative creativity to our Pub culture. We are requiring a minimum 5 years experience with leadership responsibilities in a FOH role where quality people and product has been a focus; leadership qualities that enhance your ability to make timely decisions, garner the respect of others, and the ability to think outside the box when presented with challenges; the ability to support policies, rules and legal requirements; great communication skills; exceptional organizational skills; and a strong emphasis on a team oriented work environment. Certainly, a passion for craft beer is a must! We offer a dynamite benefit package, salary is based on what you bring in experience and attitude.
