Brewery
Brewer: Must have previous production brewing experience in a facility producing a minimum of 30,000+ bbls and a degree or certification in brewing related course studies. This brewing position will be responsible for the brewing process from preparation of the raw materials through the fermentation process. The successful candidate will have a passion for quality beer, attention to detail and be highly motivated to contribute to department goals. Must have effective communication skills, a high degree of organizational skills, ability to follow safety and product quality standards, and proven ability to work independently. This position requires rotating on all shifts including weekends, routine heavy lifting and stair climbing. Wage range starts at $17/hr and can be negotiated depending on experience.
Production Planner: This position supports our production and sales operations as a primary contact for our wholesale distributor network, our Sales team, Marketing, Food & Beverage and Production teams to develop a working production plan to supply damn tasty beer throughout our sales footprint. Must have exceptional customer service skills to work with internal and external contacts. Required skills include: advanced computer skills using Excel, Outlook and Word; strong office abilities with heavy phone and fax use; solid organizational skills with a focus on details, meeting deadlines and follow through. Two years college course work related to the duties and/or equivalent experience in planning or logistics will be required. $17/hr.
Electrician: Oregon licensed Electrician with a Supervisor card. This position performs various electrical system maintenance on existing equipment, new installation, preventative maintenance on production/facilities equipment, initiates and modifies electrical designs and updates electrical drawings. Position requirements: A minimum 5 years exp. in a manufacturing environment with experience working on instrumentation, controls and a variety of production and facility mechanical systems. Prefer experience with mechanical systems including various types of pumps, conveyor systems, air compressors and hydraulic systems. Wage DOE
