Join us at our Bend Pub for American Craft Beer Week and our 2nd annual SAUSAGEFEST! Enjoy a sampler of 6 house made sausages, 3 made at the Bend Pub and 3 made at the Portland Pub. Each sampler can be paired with our delicious pub beers and some tasty Reserve Series brews will be available that week too. The Sausagefest will run from Wednesday, May 16th - Saturday, May, 20th or until we run out!

Our Tasty Sausages Include:
*Red Curry Thai sausage - pork, red curry, ginger, garlic, shallots, coconut milk, lime zest

*Porter Andouille - pork, Black Butte Porter, thyme, garlic, paprika, crushed red peppers, roasted jalapenos

*Boar Trail Sausage (uncased) - boar, Chainbreaker White IPA, wild mushrooms, juniper berries, sage and garlic

*Russian Style Wild Boar - caraway seed, dill, parsley, Obsidian Stout

*Smoked Irish Style Venison - allspice, breadcrumbs, nutmeg, Green Lakes Organic Ale

*Cotechino - pork, pork skin, rough grind, cinnamon, mace, uncased
