Kick off the fall season with locally harvested foods and 5 different fresh hop ales. Join our new Executive Chef, TR McCrystal, for his inaugural Deschutes beer dinner and have your taste buds delighted with in-season food locally sourced from farms around our area that will pair perfectly with a variety of our fresh hop brews.

Our tasty food menu may change due to the availability of locally harvested foods, but this is what we have in mind:

Passed Appetizers:
Smoked salmon profiteroles with goat cheese boursin
Chanterelle mushroom tartlets
Paired with Fresh Hop London Strong Gold

Starter Course:
Marinated calamari over pine nut, Tumalo Farms Pond Hopper cheese and quinoa salad
Paired with Fresh Hop Fresh Squeezed IPA

Entrée 1:
Duck confit rillette with Woolrich Goat Brie and huckleberry vinaigrette
Paired with Fresh Hop Scarlet Skies

Entrée 2:
Porter braised lamb shank over braised kale, Rainshadow Organics wheat berries and dried plums
Paired with Fresh Hop NW Brown

Dessert:
Caramelized pear and nut tart with porter-chocolate-coffee gelato
Paired with Fresh Hop Porter
