So you want to learn about yeast, the magic ingredient in beer? Well, in this DBU sessio, brewer Ryan Wibby will walk you through 8 different beers, each highlighting a unique strain of yeast. We bet you want to know what styles of beer he'll be pouring so here they are: saison, weiss, lager, sour, wit, kolsch, ale, and Belgian.

Starting with this class, we are changing things up a little. Not only will you get a top notch beer education and the chance to sample a variety of beers, but you will also be treated to some tasty snacks from our talented kitchen staff. Three different breads, housemade sausages and some cheeses will help you cleanse your palate and fill your belly.

The cost remains at $25 but the class is now open to 40 beer fans and is held in our new private event space we're calling the Tap Room at the Pub. Click the ticket button above to purchase your tickets online. Tickets will also be sold at the door, as long as they don't sell out.
