Chocolate Beer Dinner

Chocolate is often referred to as a gift from the gods. At Deschutes Brewery, it is no different. Each of the five courses for this seated dinner will include...you guessed it...chocolate, and will be paired with a specialty hand-crafted brew. Passed Apps
Chocolate biscuit topped with lemon honey chevre
Cocoa dusted scallops with chocolate aioli
Paired with Chainbreaker White IPA conditioned with lemon, basil and white chocolate

Seated Appetizer
Porter braised duck legs with chocolate orange sauce
Paired with Chainbreaker White IPA

Salad
Warm roasted beet and cocoa nib salad topped with lavender vinegarette dressed arugula
Paired with Ryed in the Storm

Entrée
Mole pork shank served with quinoa
Paired with Imperial Bitter conditioned with lavender and caramel and served with a salted cocoa rim.

Dessert
Smores Pie – graham malted crust, porter chocolate filling and toasted marshmallow topping
Paired with Smoore’s Beer (named after brewer, Eric Moore)
