If you love beer and like to cook, then tonight’s the night! THIS is the beer dinner you don’t want to miss. Esteemed Schnucks Cooking School chefs Gay DeMichele, Lucy Schnuck, and Tory Bahn will lead guests through an elegantly designed “beer-dinner-how-to-cooking show.” Audience participation requires menu sampling and sipping on favorites like Mirror Pond Pale Ale, Black Butte Porter, Chainbreaker White IPA, Inversion IPA, Obsidian Stout, and the brand new Deschutes River Ale. Brewmaster Brian Faivre will talk about the process of making beer. The Cooking School Chefs will discuss the food pairing process while demonstrating how to cook with beer via television. It will feel like you are on the set of a food network show!
