Beverage Manager Janae Webb and Salty's Chef are hosting a beer-inspired surf and turf, four-course dinner on Friday, October 19 at 6:00 p.m. Featuring select ales and porters from Deschutes Brewery in Bend, Oregon, each tasting will offer a beautiful and satisfying complement to the fall flavors in each dish. Here's a menu that you must come enjoy:

•Southwestern Salmon - Wild Salmon Grilled with Chipotle Chili Rib Draped with BBQ Hollandaise and Lime Crème Fraiche, Atop Southwestern Sautéed Vegetables
