Celebrate all things craft beer during American Craft Beer Week, May 13th-19th, 2013. At our pubs in Bend and Portland join us for Sausagefest 3 - a different sausage and beer pairing (or sausage platter) every day as well as a specialty Reserve Series beer on tap to enjoy! We hope to see you at our pubs for good times, great food & killer brews!

Monday
Duck Sausage - sage, minced garlic, black pepper served cassoulet style
Paired with Saison de Perle

Tuesday
Chicken Sausage - roasted red peppers, basil pesto, mozzarella on Italian roll
Paired with Twilight Summer Ale

Wednesday
Gyro Lamb Patty - tzatziki sauce, chopped onion, tomato, and feta cheese on a kaiser
Paired with Trees of Doom Dunkel

Thursday
Knackwurst - roasted potatoes with kraut
Paired with Earthly Belgian IPA

Friday
Chicago Style Hot Dog - poppy seed bun with tomato wedges, sport peppers, yellow onions, relish, pickle spear, yellow mustard and a sprinkle of celery salt. Ketchup not allowed
Paired with Pilsner

Saturday
Kielbasa Corn Dog - cornmeal batter with fries, porter mustard and Mirror Pond Pale Ale ketchup
Paired with Inversion IPA
