The Abyss 2011 Celebration (Portland Pub)

For the 6th year in a row, we will be releasing The Abyss and throwing a party at our pubs to celebrate. Beginning at 11:00am we will have bottles of The Abyss 2011 available for purchase (6 bottle limit per person) as well as an array of The Abyss wearable merchandise including:
*Men's t-shirts
*Women's burn-out hoody tees
*Zip-up hooded sweatshirts
*Stylish fedora hat
AND...a special menu that Executive Chef, Jeff Usinowicz, created just for this event using The Abyss 2011.
The Abyss Special Menu Includes:
*Cherry Glazed BBQ Baby Back Ribs - A quarter rack of dry aged pork ribs slow smoked and served with an Abyss cherry BBQ sauce served with a white cheddar and bacon croquette
*Cocoa Braised Short Rib Sandwich - Slowly roasted beef short ribs served on our mustard ciabatta with Briar Rose Creamery goat cheese, baby arugula, roasted cippollini onions and an Abyss quince aioli
*Wild Salmon - Fresh NW salmon topped with Abyss butter poached black trumpet mushrooms and served with a butternut squash bread pudding and braised winter greens
*Chocolate Abyss Crunch Cake - Bitter orange crème anglaise
After 5:00pm, temp your taste buds with a vertical flight of The Abyss 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011!
