IngredientsObsidian Stout Braised Beer Pork Belly
¾ inch thick pork belly, cured and smoked (for one burger)
1 bottle Obsidian Stout
DirectionsPlace pork belly it in a shallow roasting pan and barely cover with Obsidian Stout beer. Cover pan with foil and roast at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Gently remove from liquid with a slotted spoon and use immediately or you can cool if made ahead, in which case save some liquid to reheat it in

2 C sugar
1 lb cream cheese
2 C peanut butter
2 C heavy cream
Mix all ingredients except cream. When those ingredients are mixed, then whip in the heavy cream.
10 oreo cookies
1 stick of butter, melted
Ground up oreos and mix in melted butter until you get a thick crust. Line a small tin or pie tin. Pour in inside cream from above

1 C all purpose flour
3/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
6 Tbs of unsalted room temperature butter
8 ounces dark bittersweet chocolate, chopped
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 C granulated sugar
10 ounces Obsidian Stout
1¾ C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1½ C Green Lakes Organic Ale
3/4 C white balsamic vinegar
1/4 bunch parsley
1 oz Dijon mustard
3/4 garlic, minced
1½ C olive oil
1/4 bunch basil
Pinch of Kosher salt
Pinch of black pepper
Mix all ingredients except olive oil in a blender or food processor. Whisk in the olive oil by hand. Make a salad with all of your favorite ingredients and pour over some of the dressing!
