Beverage Manager Janae Webb and Salty's Chef are hosting a beer-inspired surf and turf, four-course dinner on Friday, October 19 at 6:00 p.m. Featuring select ales and porters from Deschutes Brewery in Bend, Oregon, each tasting will offer a beautiful and satisfying complement to the fall flavors in each dish. Here's a menu that you must come enjoy:

Enjoy 5 days of Farmer's Market Specials paired with Fresh Hop Beers during the week of October 8th-12th. Beverly's 2nd Annual Beer Dinner kicks off at 6:00 on September 29th featuring Wild Game and Deschutes Brewery!

We are proud to announce the 8th annual Bethlehem Inn benefit event, The Perfect Pair, scheduled for Friday October 19th 5-8 pm at the Brewery’s Tap Room at 1044 NW Bond Street in Bend.

Kick off the fall season with locally harvested foods and 5 different fresh hop ales. Join our new Executive Chef, TR McCrystal, for his inaugural Deschutes beer dinner and have your taste buds delighted with in-season food locally sourced from farms around our area that will pair perfectly with a variety of our fresh hop brews.

Our tasty food menu may change due to the availability of locally harvested foods, but this is what we have in mind:

Passed Appetizers:
Smoked salmon profiteroles with goat cheese boursin
Chanterelle mushroom tartlets

Meet the Oregon chefs, brewers, artisans and winemakers you've read about, and enjoy cooking demonstrations from celebrated chefs like Chris Cosentino, April Bloomfield, and Naomi Pomeroy at the KitchenAid Main Demo Stage. Portland decided it's high time they had our own world-class celebration of food, drink and everything else that makes Portland awesome and since our pub is a popular destination in the Pearl District of Portland, we decided to get involved and we hope you do too.

Join us at Appaloosa on Tuesday, October 9th as we celebrate the pre Great American Beer Fest in Denver with Deschutes Brewery from Bend, Oregon. Appaloose will be hosting a four-course beer pairing dinner at 6pm. Space is limited so please reserve your spot by calling 720-932-1700 or emailing events@appaloosagrill.com.
