Have your Bend, Oregon business meeting at the Mountain Room. Business rates are available Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm - $500 minimum food order required, no room rental fees.
Private, spacious venue for daytime meetings and training sessions. Spectacular views of the Cascade Mountain Range.
Capacity ranges from a maximum of 80 people for a sit-down meeting to 150 for a standing reception.
Trouble Free Business Meetings
Our Banquet Manager will attend to all the details during your event. Outstanding cuisine is prepared on-site. We offer full-service catering ~ including all set up, clean up, food and beverages.
Audio/Visual systems are available, including internet connection. Parking is free and on-site. Complimentary brewery tours are available.
Our Mountain Room is also available for events after 5:00 pm, however rates change after 5:00 pm. Please contact our events coordinator for more information.
