Cascade Ale Light, crisp and refreshing with generous herbal hops and just a hint of caramel malt. IBU's 28 \| Alcohol by Vol. 4.5%		Mirror Pond Pale Ale Tawny colored and full bodied with a distinctive lingering hop flavor attained by adding copious quantities of Cascade hops. IBU's 40 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.0%

Inversion IPA Like its name suggests, Inversion IPA defies the ordinary, with layers of soft caramel notes and generous amounts of our favorite Northwest hops, for a bright, sunny citrus finish. IBU's 80 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.8%		Black Butte Porter Dark, rich and smooth. A staple in Old England with the baggage handlers for which it was named. This beer truly dispels the myths about dark beer. IBU's 30 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.2%

Nitro Obsidian Stout Smooth as glass and black as the volcanic rock for which it was named. Rich, roasted and balanced. Obsidian Stout is very approachable. IBU's 55 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.4%		Green Lakes Organic Ale Made with three types of 100% ORGANIC malted barley and balanced with Amarillo, Liberty, Cascade, Brewers’ Gold, Centennial, Crystal and “Salmon Safe” Sterling hops. This amber beer is as kind to you as it is to Mother Earth. IBU's 45 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.2%

Bachelor Bitter Pub Exclusive The local’s favorite, so it will always be on tap, but only at our pubs. Bachelor Bitter has a deep copper color, rich malt body and classic English hops creating the perfectly balanced beverage. 2007 GABF Gold Medal Winner IBU’s 50 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.2%	Twilight Ale Seasonal Made with a unique blend of four hops and malts. This lively straw-colored ale has a vigorous hop essence with a malt body that complements the flavor of this special seasonal brew. IBU’s 35 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.0%

Lazy River Nitro Pale Ale Pub Exclusive Brewed with the theme song Mellow Yellow in mind. Plenty of approachable flavor that is complex enough to entertain while you do as little as possible, yet smooth enough not to distract from ultimate relaxation. IBU’s 33\| Alcohol by Vol. 5.9%	Bourbon Aged Graveyard Stout Pub Exclusive This clean out the malt room stout was made with 9 different specialty malts. The beer was then aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for 8 weeks. The vanilla, roasted, chocolate aromas and flavor dominate this smooth drinking, dark offering IBU’s: 49 \| Alcohol by Vol. 8.0%

Armory XPA Pub Exclusive This strong pale ale is well balanced and loaded with flavor. Made with 2 types of Crystal malts, Citra, Cascade and Centennial hops give this beer a nice citrus aroma and flavor. Since its inception in our inaugural year, this brew has consistently been a crowd favorite! IBU’s 58\| Alcohol by Vol. 6%	Hop In The Dark Bond Street Series Dark in color yet powerfully light in flavor and aroma, this Cascadian Dark Ale, aka black IPA, will have you guessing how to categorize the beer, but never guessing on the quality. IBU’s 60 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.7%

Fresh Squeezed IPA Pub Exclusive This Citra hop IPA is a “citrus bomb” in every way. The aroma and flavor scream citrus. Three types of malt, one type of bittering hop and a whole lot of Citra hops were all it took to create this delicious offering. IBU’s 60 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.5%	Mt. St. Helens Pepper Keller Bier Pub Exclusive Keller is the German word for cellar. This beer is an unfiltered pilsner just like you would get straight from our cellar. This beer is made with German pilsner and Vienna malts. The German and Czech hops balance this easy drinking session bier. We then spiced it up with De Arbol and Guajilo peppers. Prost! IBU’s 28 \| Alcohol by Vol. 4.8%

Gluten Free Ale Pub Exclusive 100% Gluten-free ale! This beer is made with sorghum, brown rice, and roasted chestnuts for a smooth, gluten-free experience. We used all Cascade hops for bittering and aroma. Tell your friends! IBU's 42 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.2%	Miss Spelt Hefeweizen Pub Exclusive This German spelt ale was made with 40% spelt which is an ancient variety of wheat grown in Southern Bavaria. Aromas of banana, clove, and bubble gum rise from this amber colored, lightly hopped ale. As the Germans say, “Prost!”. IBU’s 28 \| Alcohol by vol. 5.3%
