Cascade Ale Light, crisp and refreshing with generous herbal hops and just a hint of caramel malt. IBU's 28 \| Alcohol by Vol. 4.5%		Mirror Pond Pale Ale Tawny colored and full bodied with a distinctive lingering hop flavor attained by adding copious quantities of Cascade hops. IBU's 40 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.0%

Inversion IPA Like its name suggests, Inversion IPA defies the ordinary, with layers of soft caramel notes and generous amounts of our favorite Northwest hops, for a bright, sunny citrus finish. IBU's 80 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.8%		Black Butte Porter Dark, rich and smooth. A staple in Old England with the baggage handlers for which it was named. This beer truly dispels the myths about dark beer. IBU's 30 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.2%

Nitro Obsidian Stout Smooth as glass and black as the volcanic rock for which it was named. Rich, roasted and balanced. Obsidian Stout is very approachable. IBU's 55 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.4%		Green Lakes Organic Ale Made with three types of 100% ORGANIC malted barley and balanced with Amarillo, Liberty, Cascade, Brewers’ Gold, Centennial, Crystal and “Salmon Safe” Sterling hops. This amber beer is as kind to you as it is to Mother Earth. IBU's 45 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.2%

Red Chair IPA Bond Street Series This pub favorite is going to the hill! To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Mt. Bachelor ski resort, we brewed Red Chair IPA at our production facility to make enough for Mt. Bachelor to serve all season (and for us as well…). Mt. Bachelor was the first account for Deschutes Brewery outside of the pub years ago. IBU’s: 47 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.4%	Twilight Ale Seasonal Made with a unique blend of four hops and malts. This lively straw-colored ale has a vigorous hop essence with a malt body that complements the flavor of this special seasonal brew. IBU's 35 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.0%

Bachelor Bitter Pub Exclusive The local’s favorite, so it will always be on tap, but only at our pubs. Bachelor Bitter has a deep copper color, rich malt body and classic English hops creating the perfectly balanced beverage. 2007 GABF Gold Medal Winner IBU’s 50 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.2%	Gluten Free KristalWiezen Pub Exclusive 100% Gluten-Free Ale! This beer is made with sorghum and brown rice syrup for a smooth gluten-free experience. We used German noble hops, Perle for bittering and Spalter and Hersbruckers for aroma. IBU 25 \| Alcohol by Vol. 4.8% Enjoy!!

Saison de la Bond Pub Exclusive This year’s version of the classic Belgian farmhouse ale is constructed from the highest-quality ingredients from England and Europe: Maris Otter malt and East Kent Golding hops from England, Pilsner malt and Tettnang Hallertauer hops from Germany, Styrian Golding hops from Slovenia, Saaz hops from Czech, and various spices from around the world. Look forward to earthy, herbal, fruity, and spicy flavors and aromas! IBU’s 24 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.4%	Phil's Trail Ale Pub Exclusive A light & mildly hoppy ale with a crisp finish. Soft caramel malts with Horizon, Liberty, and Crystal hops give Phil’s Trail a wonderfully balanced flavor. IBU’s 47 \| Alcohol byVol. 5.4%

The Headless Horseman Pub Exclusive Ichabod Crane was also a brewer who loved hops. The real story is that when he began putting hops in his dark beers, one of his customers went fanatical and chased him through the night in excitement (wearing a giant hop as a head-dress, mind you). Here’s to loving the hop. But hopefully not too much. IBU’s 65 \| Alcohol by Vol. 7%	Alvord Ale Pub Exclusive What’s a high desert session ale? Find out here. Domestic malted barley and European pilsner malt provide an ultra-smooth backbone to support the soft floral attributes of some of our favorite hops: Crystal, Willamette, and Horizon. Party on the playa! IBU’s 35 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.4%

Pilsner 005 Pub Exclusive Pils #5 is the lightest beer we offer. It’s a great summer beer. It’s crisp, refreshing, but Czech and German malts give it depth and complexity. It’s closer in taste to a European Beer Hall Pils than the paler versions you usually find in America. Pils is a challenging beer to make. It’s light and subtle. As the brew masters say “there’s nowhere to hide your mistakes.” IBU’s 37 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.5%	Overbrook Nut Brown Pub Exclusive This Northern English-style Brown ale provides a velvety smooth malt flavor of caramel and biscuit. The malt is complimented by a combination of Fuggle and U.K. Kent hops as well as cocoa nibs in both the kettle and fermenter. IBU’s 25 \| Alcohol by Vol. 4%

Harm's Way IPA Pub Exclusive For folks looking for an extremely hop-forward beer that they can drink all night, look no further than the Harm’s Way IPA…brewed in similar fashion to the Hop Henge without the alcohol. Look for a huge citrus aroma with a crisp bitter finish. A session beer for hopheads! IBU’s 85 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.11%	Rooster Cream Ale Pub Exclusive This American style Cream Ale is one of the smoothest beers ever made here at Deschutes Brewery. The grist bill consists of Pale malt, Honey malt, Flaked Barley, Munich, and Rolled Oats. The citral hop flavor is imparted by Hallertau and Crystal Hops. Beware of this beer you might find yourself coming back for another over and over again. Remember to drink responsibly. IBU’s 20 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5%

Miss Spelt X TAP ~ This German spelt ale was made with 40% spelt, which is an ancient variety of wheat grown in Southern Bavaria. Aromas of banana, clove, and bubble gum rise from this abmer colored, lightly hopped ale. As the Germans say, "Prost!" IBU’s 28 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.3%	Mirror Mirror Barley Wine Reserve Series Mirror Mirror, born of a bouble batch of Mirror Pond Pale Ale, is an inspired, barrel-aged barley wine layered with intriguing nuances. Explore this latest incarnation and enjoy its delicious complexity in every sip. Served in a 10 oz. snifter. IBU's 50 \| Alcohol by Vol. 11.0%
