Cascade Ale Light, crisp and refreshing with generous herbal hops and just a hint of caramel malt. IBU's 28 \| Alcohol by Vol. 4.5%		Mirror Pond Pale Ale Tawny colored and full bodied with a distinctive lingering hop flavor attained by adding copious quantities of Cascade hops. IBU's 40 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.0%

Inversion IPA Like its name suggests, Inversion IPA defies the ordinary, with layers of soft caramel notes and generous amounts of our favorite Northwest hops, for a bright, sunny citrus finish. IBU's 80 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.8%		Black Butte Porter Dark, rich and smooth. A staple in Old England with the baggage handlers for which it was named. This beer truly dispels the myths about dark beer. IBU's 30 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.2%

Nitro Obsidian Stout Smooth as glass and black as the volcanic rock for which it was named. Rich, roasted and balanced. Obsidian Stout is very approachable. IBU's 55 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.4%		Green Lakes Organic Ale Made with three types of 100% ORGANIC malted barley and balanced with Amarillo, Liberty, Cascade, Brewers’ Gold, Centennial, Crystal and “Salmon Safe” Sterling hops. This amber beer is as kind to you as it is to Mother Earth. IBU's 45 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.2%

Red Chair N.W.P.A Seasonal Red Chair NWPA is named after the oldest operating lift at Mt. Bachelor here in Central Oregon. And just as the local's line up for that fabled mountain ride, they flock to our Bend brew pub whenever it goes on tap. One thing we've learned, "when the brew pub talks, listen." What makes this copper colored beauty so wildly popular? As a debut Northwest Pale Ale, it's an adventure all its own. It has a plush body with satiny caramel flavors derived from seven varieties of malt. Yet, despite it all, it remains a hop forward ale with that distinctive citrussy punch. Just minus any mouth puckering bitterness. IBU’s: 60 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.4%	Hophenge Experimental I.P.A Bond Street Series First brewed in 2006, the new formulation is the epitome of the brewery's experimental style and commitment to innovation, while gratifying their unquenchable thirst for beautifully balanced hoppy beers. The newest incarnation of Hop Henge uses several new hop processes and techniques to create a truly unique and unexpected beer. Several pounds of Centennial & Cascade hop are in each barrel with a heavy dry-hop presence to top it off. A blend of crystal, pale and carastan malts creates an overall biscuity characteristic that is dense and muscular, building the alcohol base to support the monstrous hop profile. IBU's 95\| Alcohol by Vol. 8.75%

Bachelor Bitter Pub Exclusive The local’s favorite, so it will always be on tap, but only at our pubs. Bachelor Bitter has a deep copper color, rich malt body and classic English hops creating the perfectly balanced beverage. 2007 GABF Gold Medal Winner IBU’s 50 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5.2%	Gluten Free Kristal Weizen Pub Exclusive 100% Gluten-Free Ale! This beer is made with sorghum and brown rice syrup for a smooth gluten-free experience. We used German noble hops, Perle for bittering and Spalter and Hersbruckers for aroma. Enjoy!! Pub Pale Local's Tap This is the beer that catapulted our brewery to the current stardom we now enjoy. Ever heard of Mirror Pond Pale Ale? Well, this is the original (also made with copious quantities of Cascade hops). You can only get it here. IBU’s: 45 \|Alcohol by Vol 5.2%	Miss Spelt Hefeweizen Pub Exclusive This German spelt ale was made with 40% spelt, which is an ancient variety of wheat grown in Southern Bavaria. Aromas of banana, clove, and bubble gum rise from this amber colored, lightly hopped ale. As the Germans say, "Prost!!". IBU’s: 28\|Alcohol by Vol. 5.3%

Theo's Super 7 Nitro Chocolate Session Stout Pub Exclusive You know Theo? The only cocoa bean to chocolate bar in the country, evidently. We added some of their organic cocoa nibs to our brew kettle, and then melted their 74% chocolate directly into our finished beer. This beer is served with the 7th element (nitrogen) to enhance your drinking pleasure! IBU’s 32\| Alcohol by Vol. 5.2%	Hop of "Darkness" I.P.A Pub Exclusive Heading upriver in our quest to bring you the best Black IPA possible, we present Hop of Darkness. Aromas of Cascade, Amarillo, and Centennial hops float over a gentle undercurrent of subtle malt complexities. IBU’s 93 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.7%

Alpha Dog Strong Pale Ale Pub Exclusive Alpha acids are the source of the bitterness in hops...some hops have a higher percentage of these than others. We brewed this beer entirely with high alpha hops (simcoe, Centennial & Amarillo) to bring you an intense herbal and citral hop flavor. IBU’s 69 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.3%	Trees of Doom Dunkel Pub Exclusive Dunkel is the German word for "Dark." referring to the rich mahogany color of this malt-dominated lager. Brewed with a large portion of Pilsner and Munich malt, this beer is soft and mellow with a medium body. Hints of chocolate give balance to its delicate nose. IBU’s 23\| Alcohol by Vol. 4.9%

Hopfen Kellar Lager Bier Pub Exclusive To sayit another way, "Unfiltered Fresh Hop Lager." Brewed with fresh Sterling hops from Goschie Farms in the Willamette Valley, we created what an IPA might look like if Germany colonized the world (and, like today, American brewers brought the world the fresh hop...) IBU’s: 54 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.8%	Mirror Mirror Barley Wine Reserve Tap Mirror Mirror is a double Mirror Pond Barley Wine that was aged over 8 months in a variety of wooden barrels (including American Oak, Pinot, Port & Bourbon). It was then blended & dry-hopped. Mirror Mirror has a big, warm, malty flavor with complex oak undertones & esters. IBU’s: 51\| Alcohol by Vol 11.5%

Plumb Bob X TAP Made from high-end English pale malt, German biscuit malt and Czech hops, this beer ends up as a hybrid brown ale (Anglo-Belgian??) that drinks smooth with aromatics of friut, thanks to the large addition of Willamette Valley Plums. IBU’s 33 \| Alcohol by Vol. 5%	Fresh Squeezed IPA PDX Tap This experimental hop IPA is a "citrus bomb" in every way. The aroma and flavor scream citrus. Three types of malt, one type of bittering hop and a whole lot of experimental aroma hops were all it took to create this delicious offering. IBU's 60 \| Alcohol by Vol. 6.5%
