The Virgilator
Pub Exclusive
This Dopplebock was designed to quell the massive thirst of a mythical and mischievous beast named Virgil who hailed from faraway eastern lands.  Legend has it that when soothed by the soft malt character Munich malt provides, Virgil exclaimed, "The Deutschland can't touch this," and went into a life of servitude.  Try it for yourself, but beware of the calming effects!
IBU’s 32| Alcohol by Vol. 8.5%

Mother Lode NW Pale
Pub Exclusive
This is Red Chair's brother from another mother.  Our Brewmaster gave us the hoppy green light on this one and we went crazy.  Seven different types added at every conceivable opportunity (plus 6 malt types for 'balance.')
IBU's 76|  Alcohol by Vol. 5.6%

Pub Pale
Pub Exclusive
This is the beer that catapulted our brewery to the current stardom we now enjoy.  Ever heard of Mirror Pond Pale Ale?  Well, this is the original (also made with copious quantities of Cascade hops.)  You can only get it here!

Tropish Bruin
Pub Exclusive
Tamarind (or Tropisch in Belgium) is a fruit renowned for its flavor and acidity.  We used it in the boil to complement the biscuit and roast of the malt and the floral components of the yeast in this non-traditional Belgian Brown ale.  We also used a small amount of Gewurtztaminer grapes to add complexity.
IBU’s 30 | Alcohol by Vol. 5%

Hop in the Dark C.D.A.
Pub Exclusive
What is C.D.A. you ask? Cascadian Dark Ale is a style that emerged on the NW Coast of North America in the early 21st Century. NW hops are prominent, balanced with malt, roast malts give color and flavor, but body should be reminiscent of an IPA, not heavy like a porter or stout. The style is not only gaining traction w/ brewers in the Pacifice Northwest, but is starting to spread to other regions. In this specific brew you will find aromas of Cascade, Amarillo, and Centennial hops float over a gentle undercurrent of subtle malt complexities.
IBU’s 93|Alcohol by Vol 6.7%

McAyelah Scotch Ale
Pub Exclusive
A simple malt bill consisting of 95% pale malt along with roasted and peated malt creates an amazingly complex malt-forward beer.  As with most Scotch Ales, this beer is meant to be slightly sweet and strong; look for flavors of dark cherries as well as a slight tone of vanilla from time spent in oak barrels.  Do sip carefully, though, because there is nothing "wee" about this "Wee-Heavy."
IBU’s 41| Alcohol by Vol. 11.5%

Rio de Cerveza
Pub Exclusive
In the late 1800’s, the American Southwest and Mexico became a new home for many German emigrants who brought their love of good beer with them. Brewed in the style of a Vienna lager, this beer also includes agave nectar and a touch of black barley.
IBU's 30 | Alcohol by Vol. 6.0%

This wheat ale brewed to the bock strenght is brown in color and full of flavor.  Wonderful aromas of banana, bubble gum, and clove rise from this delicious elixer.  The wheat and crystal malts give it a medium body with a smooth finish.   As the Germans say, "Prost!"
