Red Chair N.W.P.A
Seasonal
Red Chair NWPA is named after the oldest operating lift at Mt. Bachelor here in Central Oregon. And just as the local's line up for that fabled mountain ride, they flock to our Bend brew pub whenever it goes on tap. One thing we've learned, "when the brew pub talks, listen." What makes this copper colored beauty so wildly popular? As a debut Northwest Pale Ale, it's an adventure all its own. It has a plush body with satiny caramel flavors derived from seven varieties of malt. Yet, despite it all, it remains a hop forward ale with that distinctive citrussy punch. Just minus any mouth puckering bitterness.

Hophenge Experimental I.P.A
Bond Street Series
First brewed in 2006, the new formulation is the epitome of the brewery's experimental style and commitment to innovation, while gratifying their unquenchable thirst for beautifully balanced hoppy beers. The newest incarnation of Hop Henge uses several new hop processes and techniques to create a truly unique and unexpected beer. Several pounds of Centennial & Cascade hop are in each barrel with a heavy dry-hop presence to top it off. A blend of crystal, pale and carastan malts creates an overall biscuity characteristic that is dense and muscular, building the alcohol base to support the monstrous hop profile.

Horse Ridge IPA
Local's Tap
This strong pale is brewed in traditional Northwest-style, you'll be happy to know! This produces a well hopped, balanced beer with malty smoothness.

Hop in the Dark C.D.A.
Pub Exclusive
What is C.D.A. you ask? Cascadian Dark Ale is a style that emerged on the NW Coast of North America in the early 21st Century. NW hops are prominent, balanced with malt, roast malts give color and flavor, but body should be reminiscent of an IPA, not heavy like a porter or stout. The style is not only gaining traction w/ brewers in the Pacifice Northwest, but is starting to spread to other regions. In this specific brew you will find aromas of Cascade, Amarillo, and Centennial hops float over a gentle undercurrent of subtle malt complexities.

Northwest Brown Ale
Pub Exclusive
Here in the Pacific NW, we tend to go for more hops in our beer than other folks. They grow right in our backyard (Yakima and Willamette valleys) so we figured that it’s about time we brewed a brown ale that reflected our preferences…We think we’ve hit on a new beer style.

Jubel 2010
Reserve Tap
Behold something so deep mahogany and swirling with spice, malt, earthy fruit and oak that it's barely tethered to the term beer. Carefully aged in Oregon Pinot wine barrels, Jubel 2010 is a once-a-decade experience.

Oregon 150
X TAP
In order to celebrate the sesquicentennial of our great state, we decided to create a beer with ingredients only from Oregon (as well as doing something that no brewer we know has every done before). We took 350# of barley malt grown in the Klamath Falls basin (malted in Portland), 180# of blackberry honey from Yamhill County, 112# of Oregon marionberries and 6# of Crystal hops from the Willamette Valley and created a beer like you’ve never tasted. Our mash conversion took place at, you guessed it, 150 degrees! Go Oregon!
