At Our Bend Pub:
Cook: Join our great team at our Pub. Cooking experience required, culinary education a plus. $10 - $12/hr plus a great benefit package (see below). Fill out an application at the Pub, 1044 NW Bond.
Brew 2 -- Our Production Facility in Bend where SAFETY is a 1st priority:
Packaging Operator: We are looking for a team player who is self motivated, a hard worker and eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities. Strong mechanical and trouble shooting skills and previous manufacturing experience will be required. $12.25 - 14.00/hr DOE
Tour Guide, Part Time: Our Tour Guides show groups of people the amazing process of craft brewing--tasting included. If you are enthusiastic, outgoing and comfortable in front of a crowd; this may be the perfect part time job for you. Must be available 2 - 3 Saturdays a month, 11:30 - 4:30. Must be able to obtain an OLCC server permit.
Management Position
Sales and Marketing Director: This position is responsible for planning and managing Deschutes Brewery's national sales and marketing efforts. This includes brand development, creating brand value and equity, developing sales relationships and opportunities, fiscal responsibility and creative development. This position leads an experienced outside sales team, in-house marketing staff and efforts of a marketing agency. The successful candidate will be a member of the executive management team, a strategic planning partner, will be involved in new product development and will be a key contibutor in planning geographic expansion projects. Significant management experience with alcohol sales, preferably beer sales, will be required. Salary DOE.
