At Deschutes Brewery, we use only the finest ingredients in the production of both our beer and our food.  Our emphasis is on fresh and handcrafted products with everything possible made right here on the premises. From our sausage to our mustard and bread to our rootbeer and gingerale, we make it all right here. Even our burgers come from freshly ground locally-farmed beef raised on Deschutes Brewery's spent grain and hops.  We take great pride in everything we do and are interested in what you think. Our executive chef, Matt Neltner, along with his amazing staff, gets creative every day coming up with a great selection of specials utilizing the freshest seasonal ingredients.

The pub is open daily at 11:00 a.m., closing at 10:00 p.m. on Sundays, 11:00 p.m. on weeknights and 12:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The pub does not accept reservations.
