Cascade Ale
Light, crisp and refreshing with generous herbal hops and just a hint of caramel malt.

Mirror Pond Pale Ale®
Tawny colored and full bodied with a distinctive lingering hop flavor attained by adding copious quantities of Cascade hops.

Inversion IPA
Like its name suggests, Inversion IPA defies the ordinary, with layers of soft caramel notes and generous amounts of our favorite Northwest hops, for a bright, sunny citrus finish.

Black Butte Porter®
Dark, rich and smooth. A staple in Old England with the baggage handlers for which it was named. This beer truly dispels the myths about dark beer.

Smooth as glass and black as the volcanic rock for which it was named. Rich, roasted and balanced.  Obsidian Stout is very approachable.

Green Lakes Organic Ale
Made with three types of 100% ORGANIC malted barley and balanced with Amarillo, Liberty, Cascade, Brewers’ Gold, Centennial, Crystal and “Salmon Safe” Sterling hops. This amber beer is as kind to you as it is to Mother Earth.

Kilgorian Baltic Vanilla Porter 
Brewed with American organic malts (60L Crystal, Chocolate, and 2-row), German organic Tradition hops, and our favorite Belgian yeast strain, this beer is a true melting pot of flavor. During conditioning, we infused real vanilla beans into the beer for added depth and complexity.
IBU’s:34 Alcohol Content: 5.29%

Ubër Pils
The brewers took a normal German Pilsner recipe and gave it a little more fortitude. We increase the alcohol content by a percent and gave it more bitterness. This all German pilsner malt brew acquires its bitterness from German Northern Brewer and Hallertau hops. If you were looking for a beer that is easy drinking but assertive, this is the beer for you.

Easy Beer
Easy-going and easy-drinking session beer for the thirsty masses. This beer is not without it’s charm and complexity, however: light crystal malt and wheat for smooth body, and Liberty and Crystal hops for an enticing aroma and flavor. Drink up!

Nitro Cinder Cone Red
A well-balanced ale with caramel Crystal malt, Munich & Roasted Black Barley. U.K Kent, Cascade and Northern Brewer hops provide a perfect compliment to the rich, malty body.

Bachelor Bitter®
The local’s favorite. Bitter is the most traditional of our ales. Bachelor Bitter has a deep copper color, rich malt body and classic English hops.
IBU’s: 43 Alcohol Content 5.0%

Crystal Peak Brown
This is a Northern English Style Brown which is known for their sweet malt aroma and caramel, nutty, and toffee notes. This brown has copious amounts of four different crystal malts. The hop profile of this beer is made up of Millennium, Brewers Gold, and Cascade. Take a load off and enjoy this smooth, malt eccentric beer.
IBU’s: 25 Alcohol Content 6.7%

Altitude Amber
Dark Crystal and Caramel malts; high-alpha hops used throughout the boil. This beer has a higher alcohol content than other beers of the style, yet balanced to give a summit-day experience in the high Cascades. Just don’t let the altitude go to your head!
IBU’s: 60 Alcohol Content 7%

The Virgilator
This Dopplebock was designed to quell the massive thirst of a mythical and mischievous beast named Virgil who hailed from faraway eastern lands. Legend has it that when soothed by the soft malt character Munich malt provides, Virgil exclaimed, “The Deutschland can’t touch this,” and went into a life of servitude. Try it for yourself, but beware the calming effects!

TLC Strong Pale
3 types of crystal malt, a whole lot of our locally malted 2-row barley, and one beautiful hop (Brewers’ Gold) give this beer the gentle persuasion that you’re looking for.

Big Mitch’s Chocolate Irish Extra Stout
What’s in a name? Check this out: (Single) Chocolate nibs (the raw material that comes from the glorious lands of cocoa) were boiled with Sterling and EKG hops & (Double) 8.8# of the best chocolate we could find melted into our finished beer; Irish is the nitrogen smoothness and mild roasted flavor as well as where the yeast came from; Stout because of the strength; and Extra because what else could you possibly ask for?
